Sid Valley Patient Forum
The Patient Forum meets twice monthly with the Practice Manager and a Practice Partner to discuss issues that concern the quality of patient care within the Sid Valley Practice. Members are all volunteers. We aim to:
> provide a forum to discuss patient and practice issues
> support patients in getting their views heard
> offer a discussion forum between doctors and patients
Your views on issues around patient procedures and care can be shared on this site and will be raised at the Patient Forum.
New members to the Forum are welcome, particularly young people or young parents or carers. If you do not have the time to attend meetings but would like to contribute online, then you can post your messages here or take part in the discussion points.
Please note, this is not part of the Practice Complaints Procedure. Any complaints/problems should be directed to the Office Manager at the Sidmouth Health Centre.
