Appointments
Please ring the Sidmouth Health Centre on 01395 512601 for an appointment at Sidmouth or for an appointment at our Sidford Branch Surgery (providing you are registered there) please ring 01395 512786. Please do remember to cancel any appointment you may no longer need. The most common DNA (Did Not Attend) group of patients is from the 18-25 age group. Please try to avoid this. Urgent cases are seen on the day, but not always by the patient’s own doctor.
How to request an 'On the day appointment'
1. Telephone the surgery to request an urgent appointment.
2. You will be asked to give a Contact Telephone Number so that the Duty Doctor can return your call.
3. The Duty Doctor will contact you and either:-
a. Deal with your request on the telephone, or
b. Book you an appointment
IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE BEST 'ON THE DAY' SERVICE WE CAN PROVIDE - PLEASE TELEPHONE THE SURGERY RATHER THAN WALKING IN.
Checking in at the Health Centre is often very busy at certain times, please try and use the automatic check-in service in operation at Sidmouth Health Centre.
