Telephone Advice
Telephone advice is available from the GPs and Nurses. Telephone the surgery you are registered with and they will arrange for the requested doctor or nurse to call you back. It is preferable that you speak to your own GP, but if he/she is unavavailable a designanted GP will ring you back at the end of their surgery.
Please try and be available to receive the call as it is not infrequent for the GP to make up to 15+ calls at the end of the surgery.
