Vaccination Service for Travel

OUR TRAVEL SERVICE IS CHANGING WITH EFFECT FROM 1^st MAY 2011

Our nurses are no longer able to offer a comprehensive vaccination service for travel.

We can offer vaccines which are available on the NHS:

· Diphtheria / tetanus / polio

· Hepatitis A

· Typhoid

In order to ensure that you have the appropriate cover, please book 3 months prior to travelling.

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate the last minute traveller. The NHS does not provide other vaccines or antimalarials.

If you are travelling you need to find out what vaccinations and protection you require.

What will I need to bring to my appointment?

1. A completed Travel Vaccination Request Sheet with you to your appointment. You can download the form here.

2. A printout of your travel requirements (Obtained through one of the above services).
